1. DELIVERY
Metropolitan France
Secure home delivery (signature required) with Colissimo.
Production: 2 to 3 weeks. Delivery: 3 to 5 business days.
Shipping costs: €15, free for purchases over €300.
Courier delivery within Paris
For pieces available in stock or orders placed in-store, we offer express courier delivery within Paris, Monday to Friday excluding public holidays. Shipping costs: €10.
Delivery to a collection point
Order online or by phone and collect your creation from our boutique at 1 rue Perrée, 75003 Paris, from Tuesday to Saturday, 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Production: 2 to 3 weeks. You will be notified by email and SMS as soon as your order is available.

2. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
The first resizing of your jewellery is offered within 30 days of your purchase. You also have 30 days to arrange for an exchange, and 14 days to request a refund (online purchases only).
Return conditions
To guarantee all our customers flawless pieces, every return is subject to a prior inspection. To be accepted, the jewellery must be returned to us in new condition, with its original case and packaging. Jewellery personalised with engraving cannot be returned or exchanged.
Each return undergoes a quality inspection in our workshop before the refund is issued. Any item that does not meet these conditions cannot be refunded and will be sent back to you.
How does it work?
In-store:
You can drop off your jewellery directly at Monsieur, at 1 rue Perrée, 75003 Paris. We welcome you from Tuesday to Saturday, from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.
By post:
