Shipping policy

 

SECURE DELIVERY:

Home delivery or delivery to a collection point in mainland France :

Free delivery is offered in mainland France for purchases of 300 Euros or more.

We offer two shipping options: Colissimo or UPS.

- Standard delivery via Colissimo with signature required upon delivery: 3-5 business days
- Delivery by UPS: 1-2 business days

Click & Collect: 

You can order online or by phone and pick up your creation in our Monsieur store located at 53 Rue Charlot 75003 Paris. 

You will receive an email and a text message as soon as the order is available in store.

We welcome you from Monday to Friday from 10am to 7pm and on Saturday only from 11am to 1pm for this service.

 

Courier delivery: 

Courier delivery is available Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Paris within the city limits (10€).

When your order is ready, our customer service will contact you directly by phone to arrange the day and time slot (3 hours) for the arrival of your courier. 

 

Home delivery abroad :

Monsieur offers secure worldwide delivery via Colissimo or UPS. Delivery will be made within 2 to 7 days, depending on the country.

For pricing and delivery times, please refer to the payment pages. The displayed price does not include customs duties and taxes.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

The first resizing of your jewelry is offered within 30 days of your purchase.
You also have 30 days to make an exchange, and 14 days to request a refund (valid only for online purchases).

You can drop off your jewelry directly at Monsieur, at 53 rue Charlot – 75003 Paris.
We welcome you:
– Tuesday to Friday, from 10am to 7pm,
– Saturday, from 11am to 1pm (only for this service).

By mail:
