SECURE DELIVERY :
Home delivery or pickup at a pickup location in France:
Free shipping is available in mainland France on orders of €300 or more.
We offer two carriers: Colissimo or UPS.
- Standard delivery by Colissimo with delivery against signature: 3-5 working days
- Delivery by UPS: 1-2 working day(s)

Click & Collect :
You can order online or by phone and pick up your creation at our Monsieur store located at 1 rue Perrée, 75003 Paris.
An e-mail and SMS will be sent to you as soon as the order is available in the store.
We are open Monday through Saturday from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Delivery by courier :
Delivery by courier is available from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) for Paris intra-muros (€10).
When your order is ready, our customer service team will contact you directly by telephone to arrange the day and time slot (3 hours) for your courier's arrival.
International shipping:
Monsieur offers secure worldwide delivery via Colissimo or UPS. Delivery takes from 2 to 7 days, depending on the country.
For prices and delivery times, please consult the payment pages. Prices do not include customs duties and taxes.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES :
The first resizing of your jewelry is free within 30 days of your purchase.
You also have 30 days to exchange your item and 14 days to request a refund (valid only for online purchases).
How does it work?
In-store:
You can drop off your jewelry directly at Monsieur's, at 1 Rue Perrée – 75003 Paris. We are open Monday through Saturday, from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.
By mail:
